help with toad ID

he just shed and is brownish olive greenish al warts are brown a few seem to have black kreepying out from underneath though has a light wiggley stripe patern on his sides about three inches long compact body and he chirps like squeak chirp chirp chirp found under a step in north east PA sorry for the short description i just lost my first one becuase i got kicked offline no picture i just cuaght him and i have no digital

Well in PA you have three to choose from
Eastern Spadefoot, Scaphiopus holbrookii
Eastern American Toad, Bufo americanus
Fowler’s Toad, Bufo fowleri

from your description, I'm thinking it's and american. They have a few color variations and their call is closest to what you are talking about
