light bulbs

I am in the process of constructing a new tank. It's a 20 inch cube. I was wondering where I can get a good light that will provide my live plants with sufficient amounts of light. In my old tank i used a GE plant grow light and it worked ok. Some plants thrived and others didn't do so well. I was just wondering what you guys have found to work best. Thanks.
