Horizontally mounted incandescent?

I am looking for a fixture to hold some of the newer compact fluorescent type reptile lamps. I need something that can be easily mounted to the top of my cages. A reflector would be a plus but it's not that important.

Basically, this is exactly what I am looking for.

Unfortunatly this fixture isnt available in the USA due to FCC rulings and voltage differances.

I know big apple herp makes some stainless steel fixtures but they are overpriced IMO and they are really meant to sit ontop a screen anyway, not be drilled into the top of a cage.

Does anyone know of anything similar to this that I could use?
