Salmons and Hypos?

biscuit71 Aug 08, 2006 11:11 AM

I am just wondering what exactly the difference between a Salmon and a hypo is. In some of the other forums it is said a Hypo and a Salmon are different names for the same snake. Can anyone clarify this for me? thanks

And if i did this correctly, i attached a pic.... i purchased him as a Salmon...

and a close-up of his head. The pics are kind of dark since i just got him out of the box. I am thinking he is just darkened up at the moment. When he calms down, i will take pics.

All salmons are hypos but not all hypos are salmon (although at this point most probably are).

All Salmons are Hypos but not all Hypos are Salmons is the right idea. Salmons are the line that was orginally produced by Rich Ihle and Salmonboas.com. Its just funny because now-a-day it seems like everyone refers to their hypos as Salmons and no one traces their Salmons back to Rich. Its just a weird twisted world today.... Chris has the right idea though....
