Carrot tail is referring to the genetic orange coloration found at the base of the tails in those geckos. Most normal leopard geckos have some orange there, but the 'Ray Hines' line carrot tails have much more and cleaner orange.

Carrot head is referring to orange coloration on geckos' heads.

And, baldy refers to having no spots on the geckos head.

Carrot tail- Has a large amount of solid bright orange starting at the base of the tail. The more orange on the tail, the more its worth. Isnt a certain shape, just has solid orange in the tail, but must be more than normal since normal leos have a little bit of orange on the tail.
Carrot head- Same as carrot tail except top of the head is orange.
Baldy- No spots on the head.
Hope this clears it all up,
Mac
