batlizard Aug 08, 2006 10:06 PM

My hatclings are now about 5 days old and I do not see them atacking the crickets. They seem to sleep most of the time. I put some ground turkey and a few guys picked at it but they do not seem to be attacking

Crickets under 1/2 inch. Mine went after crickets 24-36 hours old, right out of the incubator. I use a miniature cage just like the adults use, with high basking temps and all.

They love them, they seem to want larger crickets as they grow, as soon as they can eat adults the better. It doesnt take long and they will eat adult lobster roaches, Turkish.
