A triple het. can be any animal that carries three genes. For example, a salmon het. blood and albino. Hope this helps.

I've bred ringneck doves that by pedigree and breeding test were heterozygous for eight different mutants. There are approximately approximately 20,000 gene pairs in humans, which gives a possible upper limit of approximately 20,000 gene pairs that could be heterozygous. I don't know how many gene pairs a boa constrictor has, but it must be over 10,000. Heterozygosity is as common as dirt. The trick is to identify the gene pairs.

Yes a "triple het" could be any three different morph genes. At this time I believe the only "triple hets" being advertised are hypo/albino/anery triple hets but you should verify this with the seller before buying.

What about hypo/albino/genetic stripe hets. I have seen these being sold but never advertised as triple hets.

That was my point, the "triple hets" in the ads are typically salmon/albino/anery. The term triple het came into usage with the production of the first moonglow and/or in the production of boas that could produce moonglows. The minimum requirement to produce a moonglow is for one of the parents to have at least one each salmon/albino/anery, and the other to have have at least one each albino/anery. Having breeders with more genes would increase the percentages of moonglows in the litter.
