After a depressing start, we have 19 healthy hatchlings out of their little eggs shells and looking lively, with 8 more pipping, and 5 clutches still to go.

Yikes!

Congratulations Steph!!
How long do you "head-start" your babies?
They are a lot of work to feed. I have one, almost 3-year-old, but spend a lot of time hunting down food for "him".
However, "he" is healthy, with perfect shell, so it is very rewarding.

I'm headstarting the hatchlings for release, so about two years. It can be very time consuming indeed.
