Yellow BCIs

edensserpents Aug 09, 2006 03:36 PM

Seeking info on Yellow BCIs. Either yellow phase or yellow pastel. Can't find any info or photos. I know they exists cause I've seen one in a pet shop. Amazing yellow coloring. this was definitely not an albino nor a hypo nor a salmon. Best way to describe this is a Yellow Pastel BCI. Any photos out there?

Here is probably the most yellow boa I currently have with zero photo alteration.

Zero photo alteration. Can see the difference the rays of sunlight make. She would be spectacular outside with a good camera.

seems to develop later in boas, so you won't likely see babies that are yellow. If you want a yellow boa buy an adult or from a line that is known for that color. I personally believe it is the same pigment that makes albinos yellow, anerys brown and pink hypos turn orange later in life. It is sometimes very attractive.
