Were you able to get a close up shot of the tail? Not only is it unusual, it looks a bit bizarre--the coloration seems to be borrowed from Prada or something designer--"the snake wears Prada on a plane: (lol). All attempts at lame humor aside, it's a very interesting animal--have you seem others with similar coloration before?

I will try to get some close ups of the tail tomorrow. This is the first atrox I have ever seen with tail markings like this and I have seen lots of atrox around here.

Interesting tail-nice markings everywhere elsw as well-if you want to keep a WC, I'd say that's the one-sure, it's a subtle difference, but neat looking to one who knows what "typical" is.
