I'm gonna give my Savannah's some boiled eggs for variety(not all the time,just a treat)and i heard that it is good the leave the shells on because it has alot of calcium is that true?

yes, you can also give fertilized eggs, it's better....
Aye, unfertilized lack vitamin A which could cause a deficiency...
I've never thought to leave the shell on though, should be interesting.. Personally I just use boiled eggs as exercise toys/treats for the Sav, she won't get up and run otherwise, but when she chases after the egg that keeps slipping out of her mouth.. She gets a nice work out

can the sharp egg shells hert the monitors throat?
How would we know if it hurts them? But I would guess it wouldn't hurt any more than the bones in other prey.
i don't think so.....mine are doing fine
