"Morph"

EmberBall Aug 10, 2006 09:24 PM

It could be a Vanilla, Fire, something new...any thoughts? It is genetic, Dom, possibly Co Dom. This is the "Morph" that made the Mojave cross. She actually looks cooler in person, and the Mojave cross is amazing! It will be interesting to see how they age, because the Mojave cross actually really lightens up with each shed.

I saw Erics cross, which is so sweet. Am I am sure yours is just as nice, but you can't tell much from your pics. Take some better shots. You can't serve a steak dinner on a trash can lid, its all on presentation.

Definitely NOT a Fireball!

Fire genius I tend to agree with you, what about this Ember Ball of mine? Fire?

Sorry Dave but no, it's not a Fireball.

EmberBall Aug 12, 2006 01:11 PM

Don't be sorry, I actually hope it is NOT a Fire, and something else, but looking at all the pics, I have to disagree with you on this one, I think the Embers are Fires and the Mojave cross will be something else. These are pics of the Ember.

Being the originator of the Fireball and Black-eyed Leucistic Ball pythons, I can assure you that I do know a 'little' bit about them and can say with some certainty that the Ember Ball of yours is NOT a Fire. If you still disagree, breed a Blackeyed Leucistic and prove me wrong! Eric Davies

What are the Fire characteristics that you look for, or have found on your line of Fire? What don't you see on the Embers, or what do you see on the Embers, that would tell you they are not Fires? Like I said, I hope they are not Fires, but Vanillas or something with a colorful super, as I am not a big fan of all white snakes. It seems that nobody that has Fires will say anything other than prove it out, offering no opinion as to why or why not a Fire. Your post actually makes me happy, so please do not take it the wrong way. The Embers are genetic, seem to be Dom, and hopefully Co Dom. I still think they will produce a black eyed white snake, but I hope you are right. Any idea what you think they are?
