Hi, I'm trying to find a store that sells newts on Long Island, NY. Does anyone know where this may be?

There are a couple of herp shops here on L.I. but unfortunately they for the most part ignore amphibians, especially newts and salamanders.
However, pretty much all shops that carry fish will have the basic asian newt species, as well as Taricha which I've seen around lately. Good luck...

You can go to parrets of the world in i think its east rockaway. not positive about that. It son sunrise highway near lynbrook. They have paddel tails and firebellys at the moment not sure how long they will have them. And the people there know their stuff, (the main guy hosts a tv show on fox in the mornings.)
hope this helps
