Thamnophis s. pallidula gravid

iguanafreak Aug 11, 2006 04:35 PM

Hey all, just letting you know my T. s. pallidula is gravid. She should be due any day now, went off feed for about 2 weeks now, shed already, so I can't wait. I'll let you know what comes out of her. Here are some photos.

This first one was taken last week to show color, and the second one was from yesterday to show abit of girth.
Reason being for the tap, is that, last time I had a flower put in there one of my other snakes decided to see what was up there..and well, she got stuck..was a jolly time getting her out. This is when I discovered they can do 'death roles' withought the bite. *Sighs. There's tape on both the inside and outside so it prevents the snake sticking to it.
