to lose. I'm gonna feed my boy tonite and take some pics. Now don't forget it don't matter how big they are now what matters is which one gets 6' first, agreed?

JETZEN Aug 12, 2006 02:28 AM

i took a mess of pics and a sent a good one to good buddy of mine. I hope to get results back soon and may the best snake WIN! But don't forget the first one to reach 6' is the WINNING KING! so you may win anyway,AH-hahahahahah, i love it!

BlueKing Aug 12, 2006 07:12 AM

I'd love to jump in on this one, lol, but I have so many requests for photos for my wife already (with all these babies hatching) while I'm overseas, I may not be able to join in with my 03',(a Kevin Enge animal) who's also approaching 5 foot. I know I and Keith were keeping monthly records at one time on the progress of those 03' animals. I think if I ask for another pic (just to verify a measurement) my wife'll be really pissed (she already is,lol)! But here's an older pic of him when he was just a lil' four footer:

My "MUTTLY" is willing to take on all qualifiers that are '03 and are pure getula regardless of ssp.

BlueKing Aug 12, 2006 11:20 AM

Hopefully he will hit "THE" (6 foot) barrier too! Did he father any offspring this year? (Hopefully to an Eastern female)

I tossed "ALICE" in with him early this year and she wanted it but he did'nt then i put them together a month later and he wanted it but she did'nt. so we'll see next year, i'm sure they will produce killer monster 75% eastern 25% hypo, i like the monster gene better than the hypo gene.
And Muttly'll break 6' easily you can bet on it.

JETZEN Aug 12, 2006 01:44 PM

maybe next year.

Thanks. . .I think so to - and just to think: I paid only 30 bucks for him when I bought him from the man (Kevin Enge), himself. He was only 17" long but the biggest of the clutch. I got his sister too - and she was the only female from that clutch (of nine).
