can anyone give me a link to where i can get the rror code definitions for a helix thermostat? its the 1000 model and it keeps going all weird on me. would appreciate it. ive looked al over. would really prefer to not have to wait until monday for this one. thanks.

E1 - reset, no problem....ignore
E2 - invalid daytime temp (outside of 65F - 110F range)
E3 - Invalid nightime temp
E4/E5 - probe problem (will switch to EE after short period)
E5/E7 - probe exceeded it's operating temps (32F - 130F)

you may already have these codes. One problem I ran into was I accidentally plugged a second helix into the output of an already running one. Wrong power strip underneath caging. The second helix was brand new and I was thinking defective, was displaying all kinds of codes and not consistant. Once I found the real problem, it worked fine.
