I went out and picked his 20 gal long critter keeper up today. I can't believe how secure that thing is, I am a huge fan of the slide in screen tops because well I can put a little lock in there and keep my niece and nephew from opening it without permission and allowing Frosty to escape. Anyway, I can't remember who posted the pics of the new tank with the orange leaves and all that, but he was kind of my motivation. I bought a new water bowl, some reptile moss, which he will only have that for awhile until it's thrown out, because well lets face it, you know as well as I do, he'll poo and that's gotta be cleaned!! Anyway, He's pretty much in as natural an environment as I could give him and he's right now cruising around like mad, he's got a new basking log, his hide is the same box he had before but covered with leaves, he looks like he's living in a leaf covered piece of ground now complete with cat tails around his "pond". I believe it might be a bit much, but he's really loving it as he's exploring like mad, so time will tell whether I make it a little less cluttered later, I think it's just naturally what he likes, not clutter. But Tomorrow morning with light I'll post some pics for ya all to give opinions.....look above for a post about salmonella, big story and lots of questions.
