New Male I found in a pet store

onthefly Aug 13, 2006 06:53 PM

I'm not sure what type Collared Lizard this, but I know it's not a Blue Spiney Lizard that it was in with, with the bright yellow collar stripes and the size, this guy is over 13in. long nose to tail, I had to adopt it, not sure where his home is going to be but I will find somewhere for him, these pic's. don't show the true colors, he is a smokey brownish grey on top that fades to a blueish green on the sides, legs and underbelly

You just did the same thing I did--you poor sucker (wink).

He looks like an Eastern, C.c. collaris. I'm glad you got him. He's a lot better off in your hands than in a pet store that thinks he's the same thing as a spiny lizard.

I like his coloration, he is a handsome C. collaris/eastern collared. I would have nabbed him too
