Lol Congrats Jeff.......I am sure your thrilled. Have you been sworn in to the motley club by our infamous President Jeremy Stone? Lol
Chris

I was talking to Jeff and I mentioned that I thought a Motley Carmel (boawoman hypo) would be cool. It looks like that guy you posted is trying really hard!
Oh, can I have a cookie too? LOL
I was trying to make Motleys with a really strongly connecting pattern that also had a stronger influence of red. That's why I used the female I used. She has the connecting pattern and really great color especially in the tail. She is one of my choice non-Hypo or Pastel females. Here she was with her baby Monster Tail Hypos she and one of my Monster Tail Hypos males produced in 2002:

Here she was before we bred her that year:

The baby Motleys are great. Not a single broken connected pattern in the litter. Some with a really thickly connected pattern and more red influence to boot. Here are a couple shots of some of the kids less than a day old. I can't wait till they shed!

I hope if I am lucky enough to get some this year they are half as nice as those. Hell I don't care what they look like I just want some lol. Congrats again Vinnie
allready see a lot of color. To say that about a new born Motley is saying a lot!
...to see those motleys coming out! Where did the father come from? Breeder loan?
next to that motley, with no saddles, it has striping along it, what is that? : )
Congrats Boaphile!

CONGRATS, Nothin like producing those puppies.
Welcome to the Motley Club. lol
They look great. I actually had a nice Motley litter to a Boaphile Pastel. A second generation Boaphile Pastel, and if you saw those, you'd be proud.

A few months ago you where complaining about you having NO LITTERS, but Oh man you have come a looooong way from those days.
Great litter there Jeff.

You can give that cookie to me in Tinley Park Chris. I'll be counting on it.
No breeder loan thankfully on this one. If you would like to send your male to me Shane, I would certainly consider it. I turn down the majority of breeding loan offers as it is a great responsibility that I do not take lightly. I have only done breeding loans with three people in recent years, and each of those people did get babies from the arrangement.
Thanks for the KUDOS all. Yes, these are some wonderful puppies to have finally. I just kept him secret till I had not just one, but a mess of Motleys, and I do mean a mess of them. The father of these babies began breeding at a very small size! Just a tiny little fella who is about 3.5' long. He bred like a champ. The only unfortunate thing is, it took over four months for the female to ovulate. Four months is better than not at all, but it meant he didn't have the opportunity to breed anybody else.
Here is the second picture I took a la Batman sideways style:

I just wish I had this kind of mess to clean up more often!

I just love the GOO!!! Thanks again everyone!

I wonder if you will get any interesting phone calls?
Motleys are a very interesting morph and I am sure you will enjoy them. It is interesting to see the evolution of the Boaphile. What is next? Cooling for your emerald tree boas?
Bill
Congrats man, glad to see you had a lot better week then I did. Craig
