Hi, just introducing myself.

Hey everyone, Im Haley, a proud owner of a 2-year-old Unicolor Cribo (named Rooster)that I purchased at EBV November of last year. They had labeled him as a Blacktail, but my boyfriend seems to think diffrently, and has persuaded me that Rooster may be a unicolor. He's an aggresive eater, yet is very docile when handled. He's completely won me over, and now is my favorite snake out of my "zoo" of a collection. But Im still not positive if he is a uni or black, so maybe you guys could help me know for sure. Ill post more pictures of him in a little while so you can see all of him, but this picture is one of my favorites. Im an ameteur herper, and I want to know everything I possibly can about the Drymarchon genus, they amaze me!
Rooster!

Welcome Haley, you have a beautiful cribo there! To me he looks to b e a unicolor but I'm not the expert, you'll know when some of the other more experienced guys post. Again, welcome!

Hi Haley, Welcome to the Drymarchon Forum. Looks like it could be a Unicolor, but; could also be an intergrade between a Blacktail Cribo and an Unicolor Cribo, but either way a very nice animal. I am sure we will be seeing more pictures of your newly aquired Dry's, because the saying is that ( Nobody can keep just one.)

Ha, thanks Jack, there's no doubt that I'll be purchasing another drymarchon in the near future. Perhaps a mate for Rooster. Thanks for your input, he may be a intergrade, I just wish i had asked if they had any information on his parents. But you're absolutely right, he is a beautiful Cribo either way.
