I followed Damon Salcies design from albinochondro.com
I personaly like the no substrate method and have had 100% hatch rate so far. Because it was designed with chondro eggs in mind which require more specific temps its a tiny bit overkill but I love it and wouldnt do it any other way. Its so nice not having to deal with messy vermiculite or perilite anymore. The humidity level is perfect with this method.

Youll probably notice the fish aquarium filter in the center pan. The design called for it with the intention of boosting the humidity and oxygenating the enclosure more. But I found it to be completely unecessary and unuseful. Also, it is not necessary to put water in all three metal pans. I place water in the center pan only and fill the outer two with water bottles to maintain thermal mass. It works really well.
