Stumper...at least for me.

OK, NW Fl location, found in a building. At first glance I think Florida Redbelly, except it has a yellow belly, and I think is flattening out its body.
Pine Woods Snake maybe? Except it has the white check patch of a redbelly, and curls the upper lip like a redbelly.
An ingrade maybe?? What do you guys think?

...aka red-belly,and boy do him a favor-throw him a worm or slug, looks like he needs it...i admit i've never seen or even heard of one without at least an orange belly.but i'm confident in my i.d.

Well, the poor little thing was really dehydrated. There is no telling how long he was inside that building. Where he was found was not near an outside door. Got it in with a few slugs now, so hopefully it will eat soon.

I caught one of those cute little fellers in western North Carolina that had a yellow belly, faintly tinged with pink.
Got some photos of it somewhere. Nerver did do the lip-curl for me.
