great news about rescued ball

sweetblood Aug 14, 2006 08:09 PM

well i know the owner of the pet store of where they guy tried to take this abused ball and blood and he held on to them for me untill i got everything all set up and he has been treeting them for mites. good news is he got both to eat yesterday blood took 2 little small pk mice and ball took 2 little small live mice. and both look 10 times better already. and the blood is actualy moving arround some and ball explores everything and seems like a new snake. they are home now in i think they are 28 quart rubbermaids. more updates as they happen. thanks for input also they are getting no pest strips tomorrow since they have worked for me before in the past also according to the pet store owner they both have been drinking quit a bit thanks again all

I just read the first post you put on the blood python forum and I am so so glad you didnt listen to those A-holes that said don't waste your time and money trying to save a sick snake.
You did the right thing and the reword from saving something that know one else cares about is greater than all the money in the world. I know because I have been rescuing reptiles for 35 years. thanks for being one of the good guys.

David
PS. GOOD LUCK WITH ALL YOU DO!!
