A year ago some man in a trailor house loved venomous snakes and among the most venomous he had was a Puff Adder and a species of spitting cobra....Well this idiot had no clue wha kind of excape artists snakes are so all he had were simple cages....well these 2 snakes got lose where he lived,birmingham alabama, and the athorities(spelled that wrong) went on a wild search for these animals and now the state wants to make it illegal(if it already wasnt) to house venomous snakes(reptiles not sure which) in the state of alabama unless by zoo(and what not) i was wondering if anyone heard if they did make it illegal and if u know how to get a permit here in alabama...any response would be appreciated...
