OK...we've all had or heard of eggs that were rejected by the mother for one reason or another...Back in June, I had a clutch laid and the mother pushed one of the eggs out of her brood. When I placed my eggs in the incubator, I set this one off to the side to remember it, and guess what...

It's one motherly huge Blonde Pastel! ROCK ON! I'm going to keep it...boy or girl...I feel kinda like it's an adopted kid...one I found after it was abandoned by it's mother!

a mother may not be able to handle all of her eggs and lose it only later to pull it back in..I have seen this!

its those eggs that the mother should be able to handle that roll them out...even if you put them back in...

Those are the eggs that are TOAST!!!!!
