I'd be interested in knowing also. 4 weeks from when? the first shed? or from hatching?

I normally start offering food a few days after the first shed and every 5 or so days thereafter. I had some this season go over 2 months (from birth) before they decided they wanted to eat. Some figure it out right away, while others take longer to figure it out.

What do you feed them, mice or rats ?
And alive or dead ?

Thanks, Smell.

I breed my own rats so they normally start off with live rats. Sometimes though, I have to try mouse hoppers - the provide the movement that some BPs need.

Shoebox rack with a hide and water.
