Patternless pine clutch

guero Aug 15, 2006 08:04 PM

Yesterday, this clutch hatched out. This is from my female patternless pine with an albino patternless male. Interesting results to say the least.

....i take it those are northerns, both parents?so that gives you, what, patternless het. for amel, and reg. patterned double hets(patternless and amel.)?cool....like the color variation as well....my pine eggs didn't fare so well this year, they all molded up,bummer.

These are southern pines. I did not breed my northerns this year as they were probably big enough but willing to wait another year to be sure. On southerns, you will get some variation (darks and lights) but the male albino patternless does have very faint blotching on him. Either way, they are way too cool!!!!
