What's with the Poop?

Paradon Aug 15, 2006 08:34 PM

The last two times when I let my IG out to play, he pooped on me and the floor. I was holding him and suddenly this clear liquid started to stream out of his chloeca and then the poop came out. Luckily I caught it before it hit the carpet, but that clear liquid stuff was all over the carpet. Why does he feel the need to poop on me and the carpet when I let him out? IS it like sent marking? I'm just guessing here.

Mine did that to my wife when it was that size. EVERY TIME she handled him...poop! The clear stuff is urine. It congels and turns white after a little while.

I only have one iggy, but I always took the pooping on you to be a sign of nervousness.

My iguana is now over 4 feet and though he no longer poops on my wife he will on occausion turn and give her the "stink eye" after she has scolded him and take a dump right in front of her insted of going to his "newspaper toilet" in the corner.
