I've noticed more than a few take a break at that size. It's nothing to worry about. They start eating again whenever they feel like it. I always figure it's because they're done their initial growth spurt between baby and sub-adult. Then they start a more adult feeding pattern. It's just frustrating if you're trying to put weight and size on them. Gotta love the little quirks about balls.
I have noticed a trend in that same thought. Kind of like teenagers that eat everything and then suddenly slow down.

I wouldn't worry just yet. Monitor the weight and general health. I have a female that was eating like crazy and was just over 1200 grams last year at this time. I thought she would have great weight for breeding season, then she just stopped. Wouldn't take anything I tried. She did not eat again for 10 months and a week, but but only lost 140 grams in weight in all that time. All the sudden she got her appetite back and is back on a regular schedule.
thats a long time. omg!! she just ate for me these last two days. i tried feeding her two smaller meals each day and it worked. thanks for all the replies. good luck also!!
