55 gallon! Too Big for a baby beardie????

Didn't want to waste my money on a 20-30 gallon tank...Just wanted to get the best stuff first....opinions welcome! THANKS!

That's fine to do, rather then blow a bunch of money on two different tanks. Only thing I suggest to do would be to section off about 2 1/2 feet until he/she grows a bit. Once he/she's over 12-13 inches and sure of her hunting, and surroundings you can take down the divider and give it the whole tank to roam. Good Luck with your new beardie. They sure are great reptiles.
