It certainly wouldn't hurt to take some in to a vet for a fecal. The cost for a fecal is pretty low and you don't need to take the actual dragon, unless parasites are found then the vet may want to weigh your dragons to get the proper dosage. As both are housed together at this time, if parasites are detected, you will have to treat both. It will also be better to separate them during treatment as well, to prevent cross contamination and it will make it easier to keep them clean as well.
If both are eating alot, that would explain the amount of fecal matter, but it still be firm brown solids with various amounts of clear liquid and the solid white urates. (urates may be discolored at times but that is normal, as long as there isn't any trace of blood (be aware that foods with red dyes, such as pellets or even red peppers or carrots, can stain the urates and fecal matter, this isn't to be confused with blood).
Not sure when you leave for work in the morning (or school) but if the lights of the dragon's cage is on for an hour or so, usually that is around the time dragons go to the bathroom, not long after they wake up and warm up. Or at least my female used to do it in the mornings like clockwork.
