The clutch we have been waiting for..

Amelia Aug 16, 2006 07:13 PM

Here is a female we have been waiting on to finally drop eggs, and yesterday she finally decided to do so, she laid 7 eggs, just as she has all previous years.

She is not a pastel..

None of her offspring have shown up looking like her, but the babies we have from the good clutch she was bred by a wild caught pastel male that time.

Her pastel son should be the daddy to these.

Her one daughter laid some this year and all were normal, no pastels, but it was only 3 eggs, her other daughters should be hatching soon too.

Not counting on anything spectacular, but you can always hope.

Apparently she was sibling to two others that looked just like her, we compare her to some of the jungle ball pythons out there..I have pics of her as a baby as well if anyone wants those posted.

Hatching things are always great, but if they are something spectacular like that, well then its all the better to have it hatch out from your own animals.

....what became of that snake.

I have a couple pics of her saved in my massive collection of BP photos. Her colours have toned down a bit, but she certainly would stand out like a turd in a punchbowl if put into a bin of normals.

Best of Luck proving that appearance out. Let us know if you do so I can move her photos from the 'Unproven Morphs' folder.

I'm sure an albino version of her would turn some heads.

Well Jason got out of snakes..and we, well more so erik has been waiting to pounce on that, so months back, she and all the others he had left made their way over here. It would be nice if someone ever figures out the jungle look.
