I'm getting information from two diffrent people. One says that a leapard gechos diet shouls be 95% crickets. The other says they only need mealworms. Also has anyone tried the dried food? Do they eat it?

I've never fed dried foods, so I can't help you there. As far as the 95% cricket thing, that's kind of different. I've heard breeder's say that they do around 95% Mealworms. I personally do 75% Mealworms, 23% Crickets, & 2% insects in the basement(ha ha).
From what I understand, there are pros and cons to feeding mealworms and crickets. I do know that some people feed a diet entirely of worms, and others do the same with crickets. I'm pretty sure each diet produces healthy geckos as long as they are dusted, etc. etc.
One pro to the crickets is they allow the gecko to "hunt." On the other hand, you have to monitor them and pick them back out after a while if they aren't eaten because they will stress your gecko. They also stink and are more difficult to maintain. Worms are nice because they can be stored in the fridge and take up very little room. They can be kept in the cage longer (in a bowl) and don't stress the geckos, therefore they are good for whenever you need to leave for a few days. They don't really let the gecko hunt, however.
Personally, I don't have the space or patience for crickets, so I just use a main staple of mealworms and throw a few crickets in once a week or so, just to mix things up for them. They seem to be putting on a lot of weight and seem to enjoy both food items.
Just look into each staple and figure which works the best for you.
