It's been a while (LONG POST)

Feels like I haven't been on in months. I had to tend to my baby girl (prego). Well, I had a lot of catching up to do n posts to read but I managed to get through it. Hope everyone (chams and parents alike) is all well. I'm sorry to have heard of your lose pixie343.
A few things in question are the "water bowl" and "UVA" bulb. I believe you have had some good responses to your questions though. All I can really say without being in the presence of your herp room is to try to purchase your cham from a reputable breeder and READ READ READ ! Not knocking this forum at all, by no means, no better place to receive constant immediate responses from other owners and care takers. Not to mention some very informative people willing to help out. The thing is that this is a global website and accommodations need to be met according to each and every climate and location. I leave in the hill towns of upstate New York and between my home there to my family’s homes only 20 minutes away there is an easy 10 to 15 degree difference in temps. Any info you can get on chams or any other animal your thinking of purchasing, please read ahead of time to better accommodate their needs and desire of an artificial environment. I even went as far as printing out knowledgeable info from previous posts and other websites and kept them all in a three ringed binder in case any of my friends wanted to learn more or if I even wanted to look back at them. Good luck to you in your next purchase. Any more questions, please ask.
Lizardfreak, saw you made a comment about keeping the misting bottle in the fridge. If your plans were to mist them with cold water to allow them to stay outside longer, that would not be recommended. A timing system attached to water reservoir or even garden hose will work great. Very cheap too, with all products being at a local hardware store. Hope to see an outdoor set-up from you posted soon.
Oh yeah MicheleSmith, you really are very good at making people jealous. Excellent pics ! Wish I could have jumped in your baggage. Just hope it wouldn't have been the one with your shoes in it : ) Take care all

Yeah i am planning on setting up an outdoor cage. I do plan on using a house with a misting nozzle attachment for misting reasons. BUT, the misting bottle in the fridge was an idea on cooling them on hot days. Just an idea of course.....

Im going to start construction in a few months once i get some more moolah. I will be posting with many questions! LOL

Gen'rals gathered in their masses,
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction,
Sorcerer of death's construction
In the fields the bodies burning,
As the war machine keeps turning
Death and hatred to mankind,
Poisoning their brainwashed minds
Oh Lord Yeah!
