When to cut open Eggs

I have six hondo eggs that are beginning to hatch. One has slit the egg and had his head sticking out, but i still could see a good bit of yolk sac. Two ohers are looking a little deflated, not as if they are bad, but a little less firm. Should i slit them ope, or wait a few more days? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

I had an egg deflate and looked like it was going bad, but it hatched. I'd wait a little while longer. Derek
