hatchling hasn't opened the eyes yet

mchiara Aug 18, 2006 04:12 PM

I have eventually found fruit flies. Next step is to have the hatchling to open the eyes. It stil has energy to move around adn climb the cage and seems very alert....how come it doesn't open the eyes?? I can definitively see he is moving the eyes underneath the eyelid...

Does anyone knows? Did anybody ever had an hatchling doing the same? Any help?

Thank you,

Chiara
