Rabbit droppings.

My female Florida king had a protozoa attack. I took her to the vet who gave her some medicine. She is feeding regularly (for her regular is once or twice a month, she never had a big appetite). Now her waste comes out like rabbit droppings, has anyone else experience this? She eats only rats but so does all of my other snakes so I don't think that is the problem. I will probably take her back to the vet just to ease my mind.
