Oxybellis head out of egg photo:

Oxyrhopus Aug 20, 2006 07:59 PM

Well to date, their are 5 cuties have hatched and there are 5 to go. I've waited and watched for hours wanting to get some pics of them exiting the eggs, but typically have missed them by minutes and find them in the box.

Well I finally found a cutie willing to cooperate and too bad I have such a shoddy camera as these are some visions I would have liked to capture better.

The photos look wonderful on my monitor. Even if they were taken with a phone camera, they would still be awesome! Every head that pokes through into this world is a miracle. Thank you for sharing the magic.

Well Michael Kern was here taking professional photographs of my many species and his camera and art really threw me for a loop at how he can capture images and I need one of them 10 pound cameras one day.

Thanks for sharing Dan, those are amazing shots; kudos to you (and if they are not spoken for, you already know who is interested in getting one!).
