I've been having fun with my camera lately. Getting some decent pictures of my snake collection has been my goal. I've got 'em all except for one California King, and I thought I'd share the thayeri pictures here. I hope you enjoy them!

BTW I really thought your MSP was from Mike and Chris Bodner. It sure looks an awful lot like one of his. Both of them are really looking good.

It's nothing special. Just a Canon Powershot A510. It's decent, but if you are looking to get a really good camera I wouldn't recommend this one.

Hi Korben

Very nice "great-white" thayeri(esp. the first one). I'm guessing they're from Dan V. The one with the speckling has very nice contrast also. Wish you luck with those and hope to see some babies from them in the future. Thanks for sharing.

LOL, Korben is the name of the first snake pictured... my name is Aubrey. I can see how that could get a little confusing though. Yes, they are all Dan V. snakes. Artax and Korben are siblings, yet I've noticed that Korben hasn't shown signs of the speckling yet, while Artax's speckles just keep on coming. So interesting to see them grow! :-D

I love the white ones. In my experience, they develop more speckling on the sides than on top as they get older. I just hatched out a clutch of 9 from a white male and several of them look like they might be white or cream. I'll know when they shed in a few days.

Here is a sneak peek of 3 of them pre-shed. I'll post the whole clutch after they shed.

Those are all really beautiful, I especially like the msp. They are my favorite.
