65 days later....

Finally after a very long wait my first thayeri baby of the year has emerged.... I was starting to wonder if any were going to hatch at all. Out of 5 females I only had 2 clutches.. this is the first of 11 eggs to hatch.

Hi Michelle

It's been a OK year. Seems like a lot of us have the same luck. I had a pretty good year for thayeri last year so I guess the snake gods is trying to balance stuff out. Cant wait to see the rest of the clutch!

Nice! I'm interested to see it's clutchmates and parents.

Hi Greg, thank you for the compliment, I will have to catch a photo of the father but here is a picture of the mother. I will try and get a more recent picture of her also as the lighting was really poor when this one was taken.
take care

Here is a photo of the mother in better lighting I was going to take it outside but it has finally decided to rain, which is much needed here in the south.. The photo of the greenish female is the sibling to the mother. The male that produced the baby is in shed once he completes his shed I will post him and hopefully by then the rest of the clutch.

for some reason it is not wanting to group them. Oh well here is the sibling sister to the mother.
