Hi, I know this question has nothing to do with Ball Pythons but, is it possible to keep an African Penguin? I just want to know becaue I kinda want one.

If you wanted to invest in a proper enclosure for one, and apply for a license to keep one with your local authorities...
I think they are probably a big pain in the neck.

So if i build like this huge perfect enclosure and if i can get like the government to okay my enclosure and i can get a permit, its cool? i really want one. there so cool!!!
