Hey guys,

A BRAND new chameleon cage just fell into my hands for FREE! The cage measures 16"x16"x30: (lxwxh). I have a smaller Hibiscus and ficus in the cage as well as some other plants. It is VERY lush and dense with foliage and places to climb....

But this cage is a little bit on the smaller side, so no panther or veiled chameleon in there. Maybe a jacksons, but they arent really my cup of tea...Do you guys have any ideas for this cage at all?

why not start off with a panther or veiled then get a bigger cage down the road?

i agree. if you have panthers or veilds try breeding and use it as a baby cage.

What is your cup of tea? Horns? Flaps? A cage that size won't hold the cham species that are commercially available. Possibly a carpet, but it is really small even for them. What about a naturalistic setup for a group of leaf chams (Rhampholeon or Bradypodium sp). Leaf tailed geckos?

Thanks for the help guys. I sold that old cage and bought a cage on eBay. It was missing screening on some sides of it and was also slightly bent. I got it for $10 not including shipping! Its 2'x2'x4' (lxwxh).

I think im going to go with a panther chameleon ro a veiled now
