Thayeri I picked up in Daytona.....

KenCasstevens Aug 23, 2006 06:24 PM

Well, I guess I consider this first trip to Daytona a complete success. I met Mitch Allen who was extremely nice, and purchased a gorgeous trio of Thayeri from him. Then I was able to find an adult female Thayeri stacked on the bottom of big stack of hypo hondos. I don't think any body had looked at it all day. She was kind of hidden. She's a beautiful orange on orange with thin bands, and I'll post pics as soon as she sheds. She just started clouding over when I got back. I also purchased a pair of albino applegate gophers that are awesome! This first pic is of the 06 male.

Then to complete the trio we have an 05 reduced black, reduced saddled leonis female. I hope you all enjoy these pics.

I picked them up at the expo so I figured I'd show them off. I've been wanting a pair of albino applegate gophers for a while, and couldn't have been happier with the deal I got from a guy named Robert Cox. They are really pretty snakes, and I hope you all enjoy the pics.

all of those are really nice Ken. I have applegates too and I love them. Those are going to be smokers when they get yearling size....that white blotch will come in strong. Alex @ Peaceriver is one of the good guys.

Mitch is really a great guy with some very nice thayeri. You did well selecting some of his stock. Did he have any Potosi on his table?

He didn't have any that I saw, but then again I was just looking at Thayeri. He is a very nice guy, and it was a pleasure talking to him.
