Try searching for:

Agalychnis craspedopus

Using that spelling I found references and some images on Google. Caresheets seemed to be all in German :-

i've seen them referred to as splendid treefrogs. they are from south america and are extremely rare in the pet trade. JT's amazon exotics has had pics and has been looking for them in the past, but i don't know if they have located any. i can tell you that about three years ago there was a guy, can't remember his name but is well known, who was breeding them or at least able to aquire some, but was asking anywhere from $600.00-$1500.00 a piece for adults. i have tried to get some myself, but have had no luck so far. if you manage to find some let us know.

There are a few in the US.. but not many and most people that have them, unfortunately are not currently breeding them. They are crazy crazy expensive if you do find them. I have heard a rumor that someone was advertising CB froglets ($2k each) for sale at the Daytona show.. but I can't say for sure.

I'm glad then that I at least got to take a photograph of one home from Peru! We actually found two on our night hike (obviously I won't be divulging where that was) and our tour guide was ecstatic! I see now why he was so happy :O)

Beautiful frogs, wish I could learn more about them. Maybe I'll try to get some info translated from German.
