Pastel yellowbelly?
I can't tell.

Pics make it tough to say, but I have a Pastel YB male and he doesn't look like that. The YB changes the overall color slightly making them more orangy or redish (almost a Pumpkin orange like affect for lack of a better description.. LOL) than a normal Pastel, the blushing also looks just like the sides of a regular YB , this animal in the pic has some blushing I agree but is not the same "look" as a Pastel Yb would display .. Also you usually get some of the yellow /orange smudges on the belly scales if it were one as the YB gene adds this to the Pastel. The Pastel YB looks alot like a ugly Super Pastel I think , it obviously isn't a Super and instead is the cross of 2 codoms but it makes the Pastel "stick out" from regular Pastels much like a Super Pastel would.. Hope this clears up the speculation a bit, Anthony McCain-McCain's Reptiles..
I would say that it is not. You generally look for the freckling along the belly and blushing all over... kinda like a super pastel.
