a find worth the chiggers?

justinian2120 Aug 24, 2006 01:03 AM

lol,i think so...a sexual pair under one piece of a.c....the girl, about 36",and the male more like 46"....who knows, coulda been a clutch of recently hatched, small eggs somewhere around, but i missed 'em if there was.not the prettiest pic-the male still had a lot of yellow in his pattern despite his large size, not caught by my camera-but they were well-warmed and active, not to mention in shed.but always a shot in the arm.

Come down South sometime to flip cover. I'll take chiggers over thorns and briar anytime. Sure, I could wear long pants, but at a certain point it gets way too hot. Anyway, congrats on the finds! Looking forward to seeing better pics of the pair if you have any.
