Where did the animal originate? Doesn't look quiet pure emoryi too me. Not attacking you or you snake, just looks more like a Kisatchie or corn x emoryi. Look how similar it is to Don's Kisatchie Corn

Looks Kisatchie to me more than a cross, but you never know. The crosses (man made) seem to retain a bit of the red and yellow coloration compared to the kisatchie and the side blotches are somewhat intermediate.

Best bet is to talk to the breeder and hope he shoots you straight.

Yes it looks similar to a kisatchie but it also looks pure emoryi to me.
I think you are fine and have a nice emoryi.
kisatchies are not as common as emoryis especially in Europe so I think there would have been a significant price difference had it been a kisatchie.
How about more pictures when you get a chance.

I can't imagine the seller trying to make a fool of me (being a serious breeder of snakes in Germany)

I will make more shots as soon as possible

I have not heard of anybody keeping Kisatche in Europe - but emoryis are quite common
