how mant crickets and water

how many crikets should i feed my adult female a day ? my female slopps up the cage horribble when i put a water bowl in there does she need it ? i soak her every week

You don't need a water dish in the cage. For the most part dragons don't drink from standing water anyway, and more often than not, they will just splash it around as they run about, or defecate in it. Adult dragons tend to get the bulk of their water from their greens anyway so often additional water isn't necessary.

For adult dragons, you only need to give them about 10% of their daily intake of food as insects. For the most part this works out to about 3-6 adult crickets a day. THe rest of their food should be mixed greens (collard greens, dandelion greens, endive etc) with some vegetables and a bit of fruit. You can also just feed a 'meal' of insects 2-3 times a week to ensure they do get insect protein.
