I'm pretty stoked about this one. Partly because I was worried about the mother, she was two weeks overdue. I've raised her up from a baby in 99, and it would have crushed me to lose her. But she pushed out 20 perfect babies, no slugs, no problems. She was a first pick out of all the Bolivians Tim Belknap produced that year, I chose her because of her incredible red color. This is her first litter, I tried last year, but with a young, unproven male, and nothing came of it. This year I bred her to a real light male with thin saddles. After a couple sheds they should really lighten up and start to show some red, but they look awful good now for newborns.
