womas: temp gradient & cell sorb pluss

I recently aquired several womas, and had a few questions. I currently have their temp. gradient at 95F down to 80/82F in 4'x2' enclosures. I've heard they could benefit from a warmer hot spot. Any comments?
Also cell sorb plus vs. aspen. I'm currently using aspen. Any thoughts on the pros and cons? Much appreciation.
